You’ll join our core engineering team in Bangalore to build and scale the Maya AI Engine and Voice/Chat AI Agents, working across Next.js, Redis, Cloudflare Workers, Vercel, and PlanetScale MySQL.
Your work will power real-time WhatsApp care, patient data intelligence, and multi-language AI assistance — helping families understand health data and take timely action.
Role Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable full-stack systems using Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript.
- Develop and deploy AI Agent workflows using Mastra.ai, Workers AI, and Vercel AI SDK.
- Design and optimize PlanetScale (MySQL) schemas for millions of medical records.
- Integrate Redis KV + Cloudflare Queues for async report processing and real-time chat sessions.
- Implement secure APIs, GitHub Actions CI/CD, and multi-tenant environments.
Required Qualifications
- Expert-level JavaScript with strong fundamentals.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js (App Router, Middleware, Server Actions).
- Experience with AI Agent integration, MySQL/PlanetScale, Redis, and Git/GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the Cloudflare Platform (R2, Workers, Workers AI, Queues) and Vercel Platform.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API (e.g., AISensy).
Good to Have
- Experience with AI/ML integration using Gemini, OpenAI, or Claude APIs.
- Healthcare familiarity, including working with EMR/EHR or FHIR standards.
